Seattle Humane remains open and ready to serve our community during ongoing construction along Eastgate Way. The parking lot can still be accessed from our main entrance on Eastgate Way. Use Richards Rd. and approach from the west. We encourage all visitors to review their route in advance, including public transportation, as some routes may be impacted. Thank you for your patience and support.

We are more than a shelter – Seattle Humane is a resource center for the region, providing adoption services, a pet food bank and support for pet owners, low-cost spay/neuter surgeries and wellness exams, humane education for all ages and more. Seattle Humane offers low-cost veterinary wellness exams for pets of income-qualifying families through the Wellness Clinic on our Bellevue campus. Routine wellness exams support your pet’s health, helping them avoid many contagious viruses, which can be fatal or very expensive to treat.
