Fia
Whether it’s an adventure or a cuddle session, Fia’s in. All she wants is a friend. She was originally brought to Seattle Humane as a stray and sadly was returned through no fault of her own after her owner had to go in for major surgery and could no longer care for her. This four-year-old Terrier/Pit Bull mix adores her people and will even do a happy dance when they come home from a long day. She has bundles of energy and enjoys all kinds of activities, including walks, road trips and swimming in lakes. Fia already knows “sit,” “wait,” and is learning more tricks every day! Fia’s new family can name their own adoption fee. She is with a foster family currently, so reach out if you want to meet this sweet gal!

Maxine
Maxine is one of Seattle Humane’s longest-tenured dogs, first arriving in late September 2025. She is a sweet 7-year-old terrier/American pit bull mix who loves people and already knows all the most important tricks!
Don’t let her age fool you; Maxine still has plenty of energy and loves to play with both human friends and other dogs. She has also spent time with cats during foster breaks and gotten along well. Maxine will accept pets and snuggles at any time. Her new family can name their own adoption fee.

Hamilton
Sweet Hamilton is a blind, 1-year-old mixed breed dog. He came to Seattle Humane through a transfer in January with a brother who is also blind and has been adopted. Hamilton is snuggly and affectionate but was struggling with the noise and commotion of the shelter. Since moving to a foster, he’s been content and relaxed with playful moments. His foster parents say he’s been having a blast on walks and has turned into quite the explorer! Though they stick to quiet streets and avoid other dogs as they tend to stress him out. Hamilton quickly got the hang of their home layout and navigates it effortlessly, only bumping into things that are out of place. If you’re a patient pet parent ready to provide a safe and comfortable home to Hamilton, contact Seattle Humane to organize a meet & greet.
