Tuesday – Sunday | 12 – 6 p.m. Our waitlist closes at 5 p.m. on weekdays and 4:30 p.m. on weekends, with the potential to close the list earlier depending on crowds and wait times. We advise anyone hoping to adopt that day to arrive before 4 p.m.
