Our Pet Resource Center is open daily from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
If you’re a pet owner, you’ll find services at Seattle Humane to assist you. In addition to providing shelter and care for homeless animals, we also seek to serve our community. Many of our services are for families who are low-income residents of King County or for pet owners who find themselves in crisis.
All King County residents are required to obtain pet licenses. Although we don’t sell pet licenses here at Seattle Humane, we’re happy to point you in the right direction.
You can help reduce the number of homeless pets by spaying or neutering your pet. We offer low-cost services in special situations. Find out if your pet qualifies
Microchipping makes it easy to identify your pets if they are ever lost. We offer microchipping for a fee only to King County residents who qualify. Check qualifications
Are you struggling to care for your pet or know someone who is? From visiting services for seniors to a food bank for families struggling to feed their pet, we can help.
Sometimes situations arise that make it difficult for you to keep your pet. Though we love to help you find a way to keep them, we’ll do our best to help you rehome
If your pet is experiencing a medical emergency during regular business hours, go to a local veterinarian. Here’s a list of local emergency vet clinics.
