Seattle Humane provides critical resources for our community, offering services through our Pet Resource Center, Community Outreach programs and Schuler Family Medical Center.
The shelter’s Schuler Family Medical Center is a high-volume teaching hospital. In addition to exams and surgeries for shelter pets, Seattle Humane provides affordable spay & neuter surgery, wellness care, vaccinations and microchips for pets of low-income guardians.
Seattle Humane’s Pet Resource Center and Community Outreach teams speak with pet owners every day who are seeking support. From needing behavior advice and options for low-cost veterinary care to making intake appointments for a pet who needs a new home, we do everything we can to meet the needs of the pets and their people.
