Ripken, a 10-year old Labrador Retriever/Border Collie mix is ready to go home with you! Ripken is a sweet and gentle boy with soft black fur and an amazing personality. Ripken is blind, but he does not let that slow him down. He is great at following your voice and if you place your hand where he can sniff you, he starts wagging his tail and trots right along beside you.

As with all of our dogs, Ripken has been neutered, micro-chipped, vaccinated and behavior tested. He will go home with a certificate for an examination by a King County veterinarian and an identification tag. PLUS, most dog adoptions include six weeks of training in one of our on-campus dog behavior courses- a great way to start off on the right paw!
