Diamond is a 1 year old black and white domestic shorthair. She is somewhat confused to find herself living at the Seattle Humane Society but be assured we will love her and tend to all her needs until someone new comes into her life to take care of this spunky cat. We know that Diamond is a good cat who deserves a person of her own to love - and we will find her that person no matter how long it takes! Diamond is a sweetheart who loves petting and naps in the sunshine. She also is extremely playful and dives at her cat toys. There are few better feelings in life than giving a home to a pet in need. In foster care, she is living with an older, mellow dog that she more and less ignores and 2 cats. She likes to play/ wrestle with one of the cats and intimidate the other. She's trained to come, using the clicker. We also used it to train her to allow us to pick her up (she didn't at first) and I imagine that she could be pretty easily trained to do a lot of behaviors using the clicker. Diamond is definitely food motivated! She would do best in a home without small children, since she isn't very tolerant of people who can't read her cues of when she's had enough.

As with all of our cats, Diamond has been spayed, micro-chipped, vaccinated and tested for Feline Leukemia/FIV. She will go home with a certificate
for an examination by a King County veterinarian and a collar with an
