More than 82% of the Seattle Humane Society's funding comes from the generosity of individuals and local businesses. We keep administrative costs to a minimum so that 80 cents of every dollar is spent on the animals in our care.

We're proud to report that for the fourth year in a row, we've received a 4-star rating from Charity Navigator — the highest possible rating for financial management.
