Grooming to enhance adoptibility.
Everyone likes a sweet smelling dog. However, sometimes we have to look underneath the mats and mud and let the wagging tail or sparkle in his eye tell us that there is a Prince Charming underneath. That's when our trained staff and volunteers bathe, trim, clip and brush our shelter guests so that they can shine all over. We don't forget the cats either! They get brushed and some of our cats even sport the latest fashion in nail covers called "soft paws".
