We have a terrific opportunity in our accounting department! The Junior Accountant is responsible for processing accounts payable, daily cash ledgers, accounts receivables, accounting system data entry work and filing of all appropriate paperwork. Also responsible for mail and daily deposits. Must have excellent computer skills including data input, accounting background and experience and be able to work independently. Intermediate to advanced Excel. Understanding of general accounting theory, wage and labor law and non-profit regulations a must. Knowledge of ADP payroll processing a plus.
Cat Program Lead
We are seeking a cat lover for our Cat Program Lead position! This person is responsible for providing and overseeing the humane care and cleaning of the cats in our care. He/she is responsible for training and retaining the volunteers that are scheduled in the Cat Program. He/she works collaboratively with the Cat Program Coordinator and Cat Foster Coordinator to manage the timely flow and overall population and disposition of the cats in the shelter. Behavior & Training Associate
The Dog Training and Behavior Associate is responsible for administering behavior assessments on incoming dogs. He/she works with behavior program dogs and assists in the evaluation of special-needs behavior dogs. He/she administrates public dog training classes.
If you are a people-person who would love to help animals find a home of their own, this position may be just right for you! The Adoption Advisor is responsible for working with the public to match the appropriate animal to the interested applicant. You must have terrific customer service skills, an outgoing personality and great juggling skills - lots of multi-tasking.

We have an opening in our kennel department for a Kennel Technician. This position is primarily cleaning and caring for our canine shelter guests. Hosing, scrubbing, feeding and laundry – oh my! Shelter experience and animal handling background will put you ahead of the pack! This is a full-time position. Availability to work both weekend days is a must.
